At Evshp.com, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. 

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process for all products, excluding those that have been damaged due to customer misuse, used products, return them with the reason that they do not like or are not satisfied. Additionally, returns due to sizing issues are not accepted.

If you wish to change the size, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and any applicable change fee. We encourage you to carefully review the product images and descriptions before placing an order and do not accept defective orders not from customer side (the goods do not fit, the goods are not as expected, the goods are not delivered in time for the customer's holiday)

Cancel:

Only orders cancelled 24 hours after the customer placed the order are accepted.

To initiate a return: please contact our customer service team at support@evshp.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

The return charge is $9.9 (customer pay shipping cost). After giving the customer return instructions, they should send their product back to our warehouse. We will then process their refund once they provide a current tracking number.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged or defective. Refunds are not accepted for any reason other than product issues (broken, misrepresented, insufficient, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records.

Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs to have the items sent back to them.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return to ensure safe and timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
For the sake of ensuring your entitlement to a return or refund, please record a video of yourself opening the item.
